Lucinda owns and operates Sea Spa Retreat. She has studied Body Therapy in 1989 and then went on to complete a Diploma in Aromatherapy and Reflexology. In 1992 she studied complementary Medicine in the U.K. and worked in London for 2 years, then South Africa. In 1998 she qualified as a Naturopath and has been working in Denmark in Western Australia since 1999.

Lucinda believes that Naturopathy is a partnership. She gives you information. You take the action. You become master of your health. You reap the dividend of better health.

Lucinda's aim is to create the optimum environment for healing to take place to restore the body's natural balance. She utilises her wide range of therapies for the individual and is keen to be able to give people the opportunity to have an environment in which to Retreat.

Almost all of the treatments offered at Sea Spa Retreat are provided by Lucinda the few that require outsourcing are provided by other qualified practitioners living in Denmark.

Accommodation

Situated in the small town of Denmark, Western Australia, surrounded by ocean, inlet and tranquil forest.

The retreats are held in a modernised renovated cedar cottage which is fully self contained. A home away from home. The elevated outlook is towards the ocean and inlet with Karri forest behind. There are three double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a treatment room.

There is a spa on the deck overlooking the inlet and a colour therapy sauna. The house is equipped with a TV, DVD, CD and phone for your convenience. We have an open planned kitchen with lounge and dining.
