We begin with a head and shoulder massage to loosen all the tension and then we begin the shirodhara. Shirodhara is a process of pouring warm sesame oil to the forehead in a continuous fine stream to relax the mind and body and enhance the feeling of wellbeing. It is deeply relaxing and assists in reducing stress, anxiety and sleeplessness. Enables the natural state of bliss. The entire process takes 70 min's.
