An infared colour therapy sauna to start the day or a walk in the forest. Followed by a shower or spa. Sitting on the deck looking out towards the ocean and inlet while sipping on a freshly squeezed juice and then being served a healthy organic breakfast. Start to feel relaxed.
Treatments for the all of you - body, mind and soul. A massage, some reflexology and Indian Head Massage. Drifting off.
Relaxing in the lounge looking at the view with a cup of tea, while lunch is being prepared. Feeling nurtured and relaxed.
Lunch, followed by more treatments, or quiet time. Reading, listening to meditation CD"s, art or a spa.
A snooze on the couch with music softly playing.
